Let's start with Little Neck (11363) currently at $451,266, with an approximate household median income of $77,250. Fresh Meadows (11366) comes in at $365,496, with the approximate median income at $71,069. Bayside (11361) chimes in next at $341,814 with the approximate median income at $61,897. Whitestone (11357) has numbers very comparable to Bayside at $335,832 and $61,891. Glen Oaks has a value (11004) of $305,630 with the approximate household median income at $64,380. Bellerose (11426) ranks in at $304,853 with the approximate median income at $65,347. Floral Park (11005) banks in at $322,257 with the approximate median income sitting at $57,965. Last but never least is Flushing (11358) at $373,517 with the approximate median income at $56,993. As to which neighborhoods in Queens have the highest number of households with a net worth of $1 million or more, No. 3 was Bayside with 409, Flushing was second with an even 500 and the big winner was Whitestone with 742.So how's business with regard to how our Queens neighborhood's rank?
