An apparent dispute at around 4:14 a.m. Sunday just outside of La Chaparrita, a restaurant at 184-13 Jamaica Ave., escalated and spilled down the street, according to law enforcement officials. In the end, Pablo Ramirez, 24, of 51st Street in Brooklyn was taken to Mary Immaculate Hospital in Jamaica where he died at 9:43 a.m. Sunday of multiple stab wounds, police said.His friends, whose names were not released, were three other young Hispanic men in their 20s who suffered stab wounds in their torsos and arms, according to police. One victim was in serious but stable condition at Mary Immaculate Hospital, another in stable condition at New York Hospital Queens, and the last victim at Jamaica Hospital in stable condition, police said.There were no arrests, and police were looking for two Hispanic men, also in their 20s. The investigation was ongoing.On Sunday outside of the row of eateries on Jamaica Avenue near 184th Place, investigators examined several pieces of evidence strewn on the streets, including several beverage bottles and cans, a bloody white shirt, a smashed pair of pink glasses, and a utility knife blade and handle. The victims, running away from their attackers, ran down to an alley on 184th Place, police said.Workers at La Chaparrita declined to comment, saying that the fight did not start inside the small restaurant crowded with tables and chairs.
