Help For Helpers

Sometimes the people who help the most need some help themselves.
Caregivers Support Services, a program of the Forest Hills Community House, works with people who are caring for a severely frail or disabled relative, friend or neighbor. Caregiver Support Services sponsors evening sessions for caregivers who need help with legal issues, finding resources, stress and just coping.
Sessions are on the second and fourth Mondays and first and third Wednesdays of the month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Kew Gardens Community Center, 80-02 Kew Gardens Road - at the intersection of Union Turnpike and Queens Boulevard.
