Bronxite, Madonia, resigns from mayor

Bronxite Peter Madonia, who went directly from his job as an Arthur Avenue baker to chief of staff for Mayor Michael Bloomberg, resigned from his City Hall post to become the chief operating officer of the Rockefeller Foundation, a major charitable organization.
