Anti-auto theft efforts earn officer Cop of the Month honors

The solid police work resulting in the bust of an auto theft ring earned a dedicated officer in the 49th Precinct Cop of the Month honors.

Police Officer David Revans of the 49th Precinct Auto Larceny Squad was awarded with the January Cop of the Month Award by Senator Jeff Klein at the recent 49th Precinct Community Council meeting on Tuesday, January 31, at Calvary Hospital, for an arrest he made to end a car theft ring targeting the neighborhood.
