Red Light Menaces

We need to stop the private ambulances, the non-emergency vehicles, non-911 transport vehicles from blaring their lights/sirens and blowing through red lights causing noise and danger for no reason. They are transport vehicles. I worked 911 and privately, they abuse the equipment they have.
