My son’s poor grades in the 7th, 8th, and now the 9th grade are all a result of the problems plaguing the public school system such as overcrowding, not enough new schools being built, the method of teaching and lack of physical education classes.
His words to me: “School is boring because it’s not fun. You go to school to just listen to teachers and take notes. There is no intellectual stimulation incentive. I can’t explain why I don’t like to do homework or ask my teachers for help.”
My son’s future looks very bleak.
