Local Firefighters Honored

Queens Borough President Helen Marshall honored two firefighters from Ladder 163 in Woodside. Terence Osborn and Michael Doda (left and right of Marshall respectively) pulled a woman out of a burning apartment in Sunnyside in February. In January, the duo teamed up to rescue two unconscious occupants of a building in Maspeth. At left is Queens Borough Commander Robert Sweeney.
