Gallagher engages students in debate at PS 71

On Friday, May 12, 2006, Councilmember Dennis Gallagher visited PS 71’s fifth grade class to engage the students in a dialogue about the United States Constitution. The debate, which was facilitated through a program called “We the People,” was a success.
