School Safety Officer Arrested

A school safety officer was arrested on May 5 for allegedly exposing himself to a group of girls.
William Clay, 36, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, public lewdness and harassment for offering two 13-year-old girls $20 if they “just stood there and looked pretty” while he exposed himself.
The incident occurred just blocks from a Springfield Gardens middle school.
