On Thursday, July 20, members of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) and the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island will gather in celebration of their new partnership.
The fund-raising event will feature guest speaker Assemblywoman Michele Titus. It will be held at the World’s Fair Marina Restaurant, 1 World’s Fair Marina in Flushing from 7 to 10 p.m. For more information, call 718-898-1200.
LIBOR is also planning other fund-raising activities throughout the year to generate funds for the Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House of Long Island provides families a home-away-from-home during their child’s treatment at local hospitals.
Located on the campus of Schneider Children’s Hospital in New Hyde Park, it has served more than 9,000 families since 1986.
