Kite Festival Draws 20,000

The New York Kite Festival at the Rockaways was held last month. Produced by the Rockaways Chamber of Commerce and Sky Festival Productions, it was attended by more than 20,000 people with lots of fun and entertainment for the entire family. The event was sponsored by KeySpan, the Port Authority of N.Y. & N.J., Borough President Helen Marshall, Councilman Joe Addabbo, Jr. and the Queens Economic Development Corporation.
