New Top Cop at 109th Precinct

Assemblymember Jimmy Meng welcomed the new Commanding Officer of the 109th Precinct, Inspector Matthew Whelan. He was accompanied by Detective Ki Soo Kim of the 109th Precinct’s Community Affairs squad as they visited Meng in his district office.
