WOODSIDE
Attempted Murder On Alleged Vandal
Several men allegedly tried to kill Anthony Albaricci, 24 - choking, stabbing, slashing, and even running him over - on January 5.
According to published reports, the incident allegedly happened after Albaricci spray painted the wall of Aamer Khan's Woodside home with the words “Aamer, you scum, pick up your phone.”
Khan, who owed the victim money, then allegedly made the attempt on his life.
Lured into a Ford Explorer, Albaricci was choked with a belt, stabbed with a butcher knife and slashed with a razor. He alleges the three attackers then attempted to shoot him, but the gun jammed. They then ram him over twice with the car, he claims. The suspects, Aamer Khan, 18, Ali Khan, 19, Christian Diaz, 17, and Joseph Piazza, 17, were charged with attempted murder, assault and weapons possession.
