Fender bender along Cross Bay Boulevard

An elderly couple driving their teal-colored Buick Le Sabre along Cross Bay Boulevard to their home in Breezy Point was t-boned by a Honda Odyssey mini-van while driving past the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge on Thursday, December 28, police said. Both the couple and the passengers of the mini-van, identified by police as a younger couple with a child, were taken to Jamaica Hospital for treatment.
