Bank Robber Wanted

Police are looking for a male wanted in connection with two bank robberies.
According to cops, the suspect tried to rob the Chase Bank located at 118-30 Queens Boulevard on January 8. He allegedly went into the bank, passed a note demanding cash, and fled without any money.
The same man allegedly robbed a Washington Mutual Bank at 106-11 71st Avenue on January 26. He again passed a note demanding money. This time he fled with an undetermined amount of cash.
He is described as between 25 and 30 years old, 6,’ weighing 200 pounds, with a goatee.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black knit hat and black gloves.

Marine Had Weapons In Car
A marine scheduled to be deployed to Iraq was found drunk and in possession of grenade fuses on January 28.
According to reports, Julio Loyola, 35, was stopped by police at 4:45 a.m. After searching his car, cops found three fuses used in practice grenades.
