Buildings inspector fined for driving while impaired

Paul Kammerer, 56, was arrested at the intersection of 43rd Avenue and 220th Place in Bayside at 11:10 p.m. last Thursday, police said. He pleaded guilty and was fined $500, the spokeswoman said.
