Edward G. Dooley

Edward G. Dooley passed away on January 29.
A U.S. Navy veteran, he was a graduate of Cardinal Hayes High School and Manhattan College.
Beloved father of Robin Koppernaes (Christian). Loving grandfather of Leif, Fimn and Drummond. Dear brother of Margaret French, uncle of Joseph and Christopher French and their wives, and Elizabeth and Tara French.
Also survived by loving grand nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends.
Arrangements were handled by the Martin A. Gleason Funeral Home in Whitestone. A Mass of Christian burial was held at Holy Trinity R.C. Church. Interment was at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
