Flushing man’s chase ends with larceny charge: Cops

Authorities said Alberto Rosa allegedly drove away from police in a stolen 1994 Dodge Caravan after officers approached the vehicle at 11:16 p.m. Jan. 31 near the corner of 58th Avenue and 155th Street.
