Lawrence E. Simon

Lawrence E. Simon, a retired detective of the NYPD, passed away on March 17.
Beloved husband of Gloria. Loving father of Thomas and Daniel Simon, Susan Pagano and Laurence Simon. Devoted grandfather of ten.
Arrangements were handled by Martin A. Gleason Funeral Home in Whitestone. Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Luke’s R.C. Church. Interment was at Mt. St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Simon’s name to the American Heart Association and/or the ASPCA.
