Networking humorist

BoomerTime is coming to the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island. On Wednesday, March 14, Ann Fry, author and CEO of “It’s BoomerTime,” will be the House’s guest speaker for the Eastern Queens and Long Island Networking meeting.
Fry has written several books and is currently working on her next publication, entitled, “Sixty, Sexy, Sassy and Free: Living Life on My Terms,” chronicling her move to New York City and starting over at age 60. As CEO and “Head Boomer” of “It’s BoomerTime,” she works as a consultant for individuals and companies that want to “reinvent” themselves. She’s also the CEO and dean of Humor University, an organization that helps companies bring humor to the workplace.
“Every time you deny yourself,” Fry said. “A little piece of your spirit dies.”
Fry’s talk will begin at 6 p.m. at the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, located at 267-07 76th Avenue in New Hyde Park. For more information, contact the House at 718-343-5683.
