During the 112th Precinct Council’s May meeting, Council President Heidi Harrison Chain presented certificates of appreciation to honored guests including New York Police Department Commissioner Raymond Kelly, Queens District Attorney Richard Brown and Patrol Borough Queens North Commander Diana Pizzuti. In addition, Chain thanked Captain Raymond Porteous and Captain Richard Napolitano for their service to the community.
