Detectives examine wreckage after a pre-dawn crash at Booth Memorial Avenue and 164th Street. On Saturday, April 28th, a 1995 Nissan Maxima, driven by David Cho of Flushing, ran a red light and collided with the bus. Cho and a front seat passenger were injured, as were a dozen people on the bus. Reports claim that Cho had three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system. Cho has been charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and passing a steady red light. He faces up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.
