Parks Department Worker Arrested

Two on-duty uniformed Parks Department employees were involved in a dispute inside the Boathouse in Forest Park on June 27.
One of the workers, a 32-year-old woman, was injured after being struck by her co-worker with a garbage pick. The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition. Stacey Illery, 37, was arrested for the assault.
