Concerned community members showed a clear division of support during a public hearing Monday night that discussed options for a proposal, which would change Zulette Avenue, between Jarvis and Hobart avenues, from a 2-way to a 1-way street, going north toward the newly constructed Waterbury Estates.
A public comment period revealed mixed feelings, with 10 of 20 speakers in favor of the change leaving the rest in opposition, according to the Department of Transportation.
