Sexual Assault Suspect Is Sought

Detectives from the Queens Special Victims Squad are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a sexual assault suspect.
The alleged attack occurred on Saturday, February 16 at 137th Avenue and 155th Street when the 16-year-old victim was approached by the suspect, who purported to be a police officer and told her to get in his automobile.
The suspect then drove the victim to a parking lot behind 102-50 185th Street, where he pulled out a knife and allegedly raped the victim.
The unidentified suspect fled the scene. The victim was taken to Mary Immaculate Hospital, where she was treated.
The perp is described as a black male in his 30s, 5’ 7”, 140 pounds, driving a late-model black pick-up.
