Skyview Parc sales office bolsters condo purchases

By Stephen Stirling

Condominium sales for the first phase of the mixed-use project began in February, and Muss said in the first four weeks, the company has sold nearly one-third of the units in the first of six residential towers that will be built on the 15-acre site, located at College Point Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue. When finished, Skyview Parc will contain 1,110 condos developed in two phases that will sit atop more than 800,000 square feet of retail space and a parking garage that will hold 2,500 cars.”It's an incredible mix,” said Jason Muss, a principal with the family-owned development firm. “The retail actually elevates the whole residential portion of the project, putting the ground floor of the condos 75 feet in the air. So no matter where you are in the project, you'll have incredible views.”Condo prices range from $400,000 to more than $2 million, and Muss said the early sales show that people will pay for a quality product.”And our cutting edge sales center has also been a factor in brisk sales. Everyone who has visited the sales office has been blown away by our 9-foot-by-14-foot model of the project, which shows the four-acre rooftop park, the amazing range of amenities and beautiful residential buildings,” he said. “In addition, our five 60-inch, flat screen monitors mounted on a wall in the background of the model make it extremely easy to select an apartment.”Muss said though Flushing is a bustling neighborhood hub, Skyview Parc offers something it currently does not have.”The actual residences are going to serve a need for high-end housing that isn't served in Flushing,” he said. “If you look at what's being built now, there's not a lot of supply.”For more information on Skyview Parc, visit www.skyviewparc.com.Reach reporter Stephen Stirling by e-mail at Sstirling@timesledger.com or by phone at 718-229-0300, Ext. 138.
