Man Shot in Head Dies

Police responded to 66-12 79th Street on May 1 and found a 66-year-old man with a gun shot wound to the head.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel responded and pronounced the unidentified victim dead on the scene.
A .38-caliber revolver was recovered.
Preliminarily there is no criminality suspected. A medical examiner will determine cause of death. An investigation is ongoing.
