Woman hit person with bike lock: Cops

ASTORIA — Police said they arrested a 23-year-old woman after she allegedly struck another person in the shoulder with a metal bicycle lock earlier this month.

The defendant, charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon, struck the victim with the lock on 30th Avenue June 9, police said.
