Pee Wee Folks Preschool finished off the season in the Bayside Little League Texas Farm Division with a big offensive showing Saturday, scoring the maximum number of runs in three of the four innings. The game ball went to Dominic D’Orta, the hardest working bat boy in the league. Coach Rich would like to thank all the parents and players for a fine season.
FY Lifestyle 10, Pal Mar Plumbing 8. FY Lifestyle rallied from a six-run deficit to capture the Texas Division win June 24. Rudy Lopez pitched and outstanding game in relief, allowing just two runs over four innings. He also started a key rally with triple in the fourth inning. Jake Frie recorded two big outs and Patrick McArdle had two assists from the outfield.
The offense received several key hits including ones from Brandon Lin, Jeffery Lee, Andrew DiPerri and Christopher Collado. FY Lifestyle’s comeback also featured some heads up base running by Tommy Ventura, Vincent O’Brien and Angelo Poulos.
