Firefighters fought a one-alarm fire in a commercial establishment on Main Street in Flushing early Monday morning, June 30. The fire occurred in an electrical sign on top of 41-22 Main Street and caused some damage to the front of the structure. The blaze was quickly extinguished without any injuries.
