Queens Tourism Council Awards

Summer’s hot in Queens. That was the message that business and tourism leaders in the borough delivered at the annual Queens Tourism Council meeting hosted by the Queens Economic Development Corporation (QEDC) on Friday, June 27. The Queens Tourism Council presented its 2008 awards to Borough President Helen Marshall, State Senator Frank Padavan, State Senator Serphin Maltese, Kathleen Pettit, Director of Sales for the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Queens Center Mall Senior Manager Jeff Owen.
