WOODSIDE – A man found unconscious last week in a northbound V train station in Woodside was pronounced dead shortly afterward at Elmhurst Hospital, police said.
The 43-year-old man, whose identity was withheld pending notification of his family, was discovered lying on the tracks on the V line at 5:38 p.m. Aug. 20 near Broadway and Northern Boulevard in Woodside, police said.
He was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:27 p.m. Aug. 20, police said.
No criminality was suspected in his death, police said.
