Police search for Bayside robbery suspect

BAYSIDE — Police were looking for a suspect who broke into a woman's car Friday evening and robbed her belongings.

The perpetrator broke the car owner's window while it was parked near 79th Avenue and Springfield Boulevard around 5:30 p.m., police said. Among the items stolen were the victim's purse and credit cards, according to police.
