Try it on: Fight Breast Cancer

On Sunday, September 21, women can help fight breast cancer by doing something they love - trying on new clothes.
That day, Coldwater Creek, a national retailer of casual women’s fashion, will host its semi-annual nationwide Try It On for the Cure initiative. For every woman who tries on any apparel from Coldwater Creek’s collection at any store, Coldwater Creek will donate $1 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists.
Also, proceeds from 10 percent of that day’s sales at all stores will go to the same cause.
“We’re so proud to be leading a program that is all about women helping women,” said Elizabeth Turley, director of brand management for Coldwater Creek.
“Try It On for the Cure is a terrific example of how people can get involved in the breast cancer movement in a fun and meaningful way,” said Hala Moddelmog, CEO of Komen.
