JACKSON HEIGHTS — A 22-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested after he allegedly left a restaurant without paying his $107 bill, the Queens district attorney said.
Abraham Rodriguez, of Brooklyn, was arraigned Oct. 13 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Suzanne Melendez on charges of theft of services and criminal possession of a controlled substance, Queens DA Richard Brown said.
He will return to court Nov. 7, the DA said.
Rodriguez allegedly failed to pay his bill at Taqueria Coatzingo Restaurant in Jackson Heights Oct. 12, Brown said. Police allegedly found the defendant to be in possession of cocaine at the time of his arrest, Brown said.
