Kids can come ‘Out2Play’

School children, faculty, Out2Play representatives, and community leaders gathered at P.S. 153Q to celebrate the completion of four new playgrounds built this summer by Out2Play, a non-profit group with a mission of building playgrounds at economically disadvantaged NYC public schools.
