SPRINGFIELD GARDENS — An elderly woman with Alzheimer's Disease has disappeared after driving off from her home last week, police said.
Rita Moody, of 146-48 177th St., was last seen Sept. 30 near her residence, according to police. The last time she was seen, Moody was operating a 1999 blue Toyota Camry, with the licence plate DTP-8767, around 7 p.m.
Moody, described as black, 5 feet 6 inches and 163 pounds, suffers from Alzheimer's disease, according to police.
