Arrest after robbery

After leaving a Long Island Railroad station at 214th Place and 42nd Avenue on Sunday, October 23, two male suspects allegedly approached their victim, and as one put his hands around the victim’s neck he said, “Me or my friend will knock you out if you don’t give us your cell phone or money.” The victim then gave the suspects $60 before the two fled. The pair, Michael Bushini, 19, and Michael Bean, 20, were later arrested.
Altercation leads to arrest
After a dispute erupted inside a Bayside bar on Sunday, November 2, where the assailant, identified as 41-year-old Tommy Lee, struck his victim in his right ankle with a table, the attacker was arrested by police from the 115th Precinct near 220-04 Northern Boulevard. No reports of charges have been made.
