Alert the Pup-parazzi!
We are One Year Old and We Are Celebrating with an Anniversary Adoption Drive!

Come and celebrate with us on Saturday, July 18 from noon to 4 p.m. at our Anniversary Adoption Drive at Camp Bow Wow® Long Island City, the Premier Doggie Daycare and Overnight Camp®. Dogs and their two-legged companions are invited to come and take a free tour of the doggy daycare and overnight boarding camp, located at 47-16 Austell Place, Long Island City, between Skillman Avenue and 27th Street.

The Anniversary Adoption Drive will be complete with food, games, raffles and prizes all afternoon. Camp Bow Wow® is partnering with the Mayor’s Alliance for NYC Animals, Animal Care & Control, North Shore Animal League, the Animal Center of Queens, Sean Casey Animal Rescue, Zani’s Furry Friends, Wellness, Babette Haggerty, My Two Pets, Inc, The Good Dog Foundation and more to find forever homes for the many animals that need our help this year.

“Giving back to the community is very important to Camp Bow Wow®. All of the money raised at the event will go to the participating shelters and rescue groups,” said owner Stephen Neagus.

If you are thinking about adopting a dog or cat or know someone else who might be interested, come and visit our furry friends in our Adoption Alley. If you would like to help these overwhelmed shelters you can also drop off much needed food, towels, collars and leashes or other animal related items at Camp Bow Wow® Long Island City.

This state-of-the-art All Day Play, Snooze The Night Away® doggy camp will revolutionize the pet hospitality industry. Instead of a daycare facility where your dog spends most of its day stacked in containment, except for the 30 minutes of playtime a day, Camp Bow Wow® provides all day play yards equipped with puppy safe playground equipment and summer pools for the hot summer days. Each play yard has a Camper Cam® so that two-legged guardians can view their dogs socializing and interacting with Certified Camp Counselors® all day long. The facility has 8,500 square feet with six spacious climate controlled play areas.

Camp Bow Wow® strives to provide an environment that is clean and safe as possible for campers. Campers can be served their very own food during their stay to avoid upset tummies, and special requests, from medicines, extra treats, or care for older pups are provided with no extra cost! This is truly an all inclusive log cabin resort just for our furry friends.

There is a special free interview process where your dog gets the chance to interact and experience the fun environment while allowing Camp Bow Wow® to appropriately determine personality and temperament for placement within the play yards. All campers must be spayed/neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella (for Canine Cough) vaccinations. In the interview, you can discuss special pricing packages for camp and the services like baths, shuttles and boarding that Camp Bow Wow® provides.
