GLENDALE — A 30-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested after he allegedly opened the window of a Glendale home and removed a wallet, the Queens district attorney said.
Phillip Daniels of Brooklyn was arraigned Oct. 9 before Queens Criminal Court Judge Mary O’Donoghue on charges of criminal trespass and petit larceny and held on $1,000 bail, the DA said.
Daniels allegedly opened the window of a Glendale home on Myrtle Avenue Oct. 8 and took a wallet from the house’s living room, the DA said. The wallet contained a phone book, personal identification information and a benefits card.
