OZONE PARK — Police responded to a vehicle accident at North Conduit Avenue and 78th Street Friday to find four injured passengers, one of whom died, police said.
Police determined that a 1996 Dodge traveling west on North Conduit Avenue collided with a 2007 Honda traveling west on North Conduit Avenue. The Dodge then struck a pole at the intersection.
A 67-year-old female passenger was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead on arrival at Brookdale Hospital, while the 50-year-old male driver of the Dodge was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition, as was a 46-year-old female passenger.
The 25-year-old male driver of the Honda was taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition.
