FLUSHING — A Bayside man was arrested after allegedly fondling himself behind a woman on a public bus, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
Keith Palacios was on a bus at 7:30 p.m. at Sanford Avenue and Kissena Boulevard Oct. 28 when he allegedly crept up behind the female passenger standing in the aisle breathing heavily, according to a criminal complaint filed by the DA’s office.
When the woman turned, she allegedly saw Palacios expose himself, the DA’s office said. Palacios was charged with public lewdness and harassment, the DA said.
