Man shot to death in his home

On Tuesday, February 16, police responded to 109-87 Francis Lewis Boulevard for a call of a male robbed. Upon their arrival they discovered Leslie Huggins, 38 – who lived at the location – with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
