Borough President Helen Marshall welcomed Gotham Center to Queens at a topping off ceremony of the new tower at Queens Plaza on Tuesday, February 23. The Tishman Speyer Properties’ 21-story tower, the first phase of a 3.5-million-square-foot, mixed development project, will have 9,400-square-feet for the city’s Department of Health new headquarters.
On hand for the ceremony were Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services Linda Gibbs (back, left to right); Rob Speyer, president and Co-CEO of Tishman Speyer Properties; and Deputy Mayor for Economic Development Robert Lieber.
