QUEENS VILLAGE — A Queens Village man allegedly slashed a woman’s tires between 5 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. May 11 in front of 71-04 260th St., the Queens district attorney said.
Therese Lodico allegedly watched her son Anthony, 16, slash the tires of her vehicle and of a vehicle owned by her and her tenant, James Sarles, with a knife, after which he drove away, according to the DA.
Anthony Lodico was charged with two counts of criminal mischief and was sent to the Queens Misdemeanor Treatment Court May 28.
