Corona – The NYC Small Business Services is offering a workshop series to help Queens Businesses starting with the workshop “Selling to Government” at the Langston Hughes Library, located at 100-01 Northern Boulevard, Room A in Corona on Thursday, August 12 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The workshop offers an introduction to city, state and federal government contracting and prepares businesses to locate opportunities in their area of expertise. The series continue with the workshop “Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise,” which will teach certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises to bid on public contracts, increase their capacity and contribute to the city’s economy on Thursday, August 19 at from 6 to 8 p.m.
