Terrell Montgomery, 18, surrendered to the office of Congressmember Gregory Meeks after being wanted for allegedly assaulting two police officers in separate instances.
Montgomery allegedly hit a police officer on April 27 on the "A" train platform at Beach 22nd Street and Mott Avenue. On Monday, August 2, at Beach Channel Drive and Dix Avenue, Montgomery also assaulted an officer while he was attempting to arrest another individual.
He has been charged with assault on a police officer and obstructing governmental administration.
