4,000th Delivery

While Christina Gallagher was delivering her second child, Dr. Jahanshah Seraji of Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre was delivering his 4,000th.
Seraji, an obstetrician for 15 years and resident of Massapequa, attended the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. In addition to having a medical office in Lynbrook, he is a member of Mercy’s medical staff, having joined in 2000.
On November 17, Seraji delivered Mia Isabella to parents Christina and Michael Gallagher of Valley Stream. She was the 4,000th baby he has delivered during his career. – Jessica Lyons
