Off-duty cop hit with DWI in Forest Hills

FOREST HILLS — Officers from the 112th Precinct arrested an off-duty police officer for allegedly driving while intoxicated early last Thursday, according to police.

At about 2:30 a.m., police arrested Luis Moncayo, 27, a Manhattan officer, at the corner of Queens Boulevard and 78th Street, police said.

The New York Post reported that Forest Hills police saw Moncayo stumble out of his vehicle near a Dunkin’ Donuts and refused a Breathalyzer test. He was later suspended, according to police.
